APPLYING THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY FOR A NEW CONCEPT IN CONCRETE LAYING & FINISHING

FLAT & LEVEL FLOORS FAST & WITH LASER PRECISION

The Manipav M2000 and M3000 laser controlled screeds are a new concept in laying concrete floors that distribute, level and screed in one operation. This technology reduces labour and equipment, whilst producing consistently accurate results. The laser controlled screeds make placing concrete simple, with high quality output. The M2000 and M3000 have the same qualities and capacity as larger laser screeds.

The Manipav laser controlled screeds are driven during concrete pouring and the auger attached in front of the vibrating beam distributes excess concrete evenly. Thereby, achieving high tolerance and flatter floors, with less labour required to distribute the concrete into place.

The Manipav laser controlled screeds can produce between 250m2 and 500m2 per hour, depending on the model and circumstances such as planning, concrete supply and access to the slab. The Manipav laser controlled screed machines are usable on deck slabs as long as the construction of the deck can allow their weight. The Manipav 2000 can also be used on well spaced reinforcement mesh, with the option of using four extra wheels for support.

The small size of the Manipav laser controlled screeds mean they are easy to operate, access and maintain. The screeds are easy to transport and can be set up within 20 minutes of unloading. The Manipav 2000 has a foldable frame which means it is easy to transport, either by a trailer or large van. The Manipav 3000 is a larger and heavier machine, so it should be transported on a trailer or truck with a loading ramp.
